I personally don't think there any good speeches. I think every speech can meaning differently to each unique person. To me, the best speech i ever heard was our school;s Valedictorian's speech during the graduation.
I don't really like speeches. I think it's boring, but not his. From the beginning to the end, I was completely hooked in. I guess what makes a good speech to me personally is a speech that has good meaning, but also funny at the same time. Our Valedictorian made into Harvard. Maybe that's why he was so good, but he kept his speech funny, interesting, and meaningful.
